Established in compliance with Article 87 of the Broadcasting Act as a system to protect listeners¡¯ rights and interests, the role of the Listeners¡¯ Advisory Council at Busan e-FM is to represent the rights and interests of listeners in Busan and to monitor the programming of Busan e-FM.
Composition of the Listeners¡¯ Advisory Council
Members representing all types of listeners are commissioned for the Advisory Council upon recommendation of the organizations determined by the Korea Communications Commission¡¯s regulations.
Pursuant to Article 88 of the Broadcasting Act, the authority and duties of the Listeners¡¯ Advisory Council (Article 88 of the Broadcasting Act) shall be as follows
Presentation of opinions or request for correction on broadcast programming, the content of broadcast programs, and the self review rules of Busan e-FM
Selection and appointment of listener critics
Other matters concerning protection of and relief for infringements on the listeners¡¯ rights and interests
